If you have a broken drive-thru part but no backup, we’ll ship a replacement part to you overnight. You don’t have to send the broken part in advance. Simply give us a call at 877-731-0334, tell us what you need, and we’ll send you the replacement part. When you receive the part, use the same box to send your broken equipment to us for repair.
