Fix Your Drive-Thru Vehicle Detector or Get A New One?

April 5, 2024 ·

Is your drive-thru vehicle detector giving you problems? If so, you may be able to fix it yourself. First, reset your drive-thru system base to see if that clears up the problem. If not, unplug the whole system and reboot it. If that doesn’t work, look for loose electrical and cable connections and frayed or exposed lead-in wires.

If you still can’t solve the problem, we’ll recondition or repair your vehicle detector for you. If purchasing a new one is the better long-term option, we stock two CE-branded models and we can arrange your new one to be installed anywhere in the U.S. with our nationwide installation network.

When you need quick repairs on headsets, timer systems and other drive-thru parts, you can count on CE for same-day service on most repairs. If you can’t wait that long, we’ll send you a temporary replacement part overnight – before you send us your drive-thru part needing repair – with our Advance Exchange program.

If you’re new to CE,  you should know that we don’t charge for inbound shipping on repairs. We also have several specials for first time customers. Call us at 877-731-0334 when you need a broken drive-thru part fixed fast and fixed right the first time!
